the room was super clean and spacious. the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to all our needs. i particularly loved the wide selection of beer and cider available at the pub.
the breakfast area could be improved, there were not enough english breakfast teabags and not enough milk. i would like to have seen these items better stocked for all guests.

my room was a superior double. it included a large, comfortable bed. the bathroom had a deep bath. the staff were accommodating and friendly, they always smiled. i appreciated the central location, near the market street, pubs, bars, and restaurants.
the drinks in the pub were expensive, but other pubs were nearby..

i found the breakfast satisfying and plentiful. it was freshly cooked and very warm. the breakfast consisted of a full english, pastries, and toast. lovely percolated coffee was also available.

The staff were helpful. The room was spacious. I found bottled water and biscuits Provided. IT was a good stay overall.
the sheets felt coarse. The duvet felt cheap. I saw only one bedside table in the room, so I could not rest my glasses easily.

The location was really good. It is right in the center of everything.
I was disappointed by the room. It was very small. The shower was not clean, pretty gross. The pillows were also very uncomfortable, hard to sleep well.
